Since a few years ago, some people of Yogyakarta so active to do the mural painting creation. This is triggered by the rise of vandalized walls littering in Yogyakarta. This mural action attracts more people to decorate the outside walls in various public spaces. Finally, many doodles littering the walls in many places turned into wall paintings are interesting to be enjoyed.
There was an interesting theme that raised in the mural of Yogyakarta. Themes of traditional art suddenly dominate the mural paintings in Yogyakarta. It can be assumed that such a theme is to highlight the identity of Yogyakarta, which is known as one of the cultural centers of Java.

Mural yang di Kridosono masih ada, Mas?
Is that “Nano Nano” painted on the mural? When I was a child, each time I went to Malaysia, my grandma would get me and my cousin lots of Nano Nano candy. It’s this tangy flavoured hard candy. We LOVED it!
Haa… it has been long long time ago then I hear Nano Nano candy again..
So you know what I’m talking about! Haha. I LOVED that candy man!
